How Do I Return My Orders?

If you wish to return your order, please note the following guidelines:

- UK Customers: To initiate a return, please email us at delivery@esmont.com. Unworn products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  
- International Customers: International sales are final but eligible for exchange. Contact us at delivery@esmont.com to arrange an exchange. Please ensure the item is returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.

All returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase. Please note the following items are *non-returnable* unless faulty:
  - Bespoke or custom-made designs
  - All prescription lenses that are custom-made to order
  - Any items bought on sale or marked as final sale
