How Do I Return My Orders?

If you wish to return your order, please note the following guidelines:

- UK Customers: To initiate a return, please email us at delivery@esmont.com. Unworn products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  
- International Customers: Customers outside of the UK are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Please ensure the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.

All returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase. Please note the following items are *non-returnable* unless faulty:
  - Bespoke or custom-made designs
  - All prescription lenses that are custom-made to order
  - Any items bought on sale or marked as final sale
