Our journey to connect with The Spectacle Factory even included a special flight to Duxford, home to some of the world’s most remarkable aviation legends, including the SR-71 Blackbird. The SR-71 has long been an inspiration for Esmont, symbolising the peak of human ingenuity and the spirit of exploration that defines us. Our visit was a reminder of why we do what we do, and we’re proud to bring that spirit into every design.

We also had the chance to see the last of the legendary Spitfires with its powerful Merlin engine—a testament to timeless design and power.

Watching planes take off and land at Duxford, then later experiencing the final landing in Blackpool amidst closing weather, gave us a deeper appreciation for the art and skill of aviation, a theme that flows through every aspect of Esmont. A reminder of how this journey brings us together not only through craftsmanship but through shared passions and unforgettable experiences.
